E-tickets

E-tickets are the quickest and easiest way to receive your tickets. With an E-ticket, you have what you need on your smartphone and can say goodbye to worrying about losing a printed ticket. We know you care about the environment as much as we do, so we’ll all be happy to see a reduction in the amount of paper being used for tickets.

You’ll receive an email containing your E-tickets shortly after booking – keep this email safe. When you arrive for a concert, have your E-ticket displayed on your smartphone, or you can print a copy at home. Our tip is to take a screenshot of your E-ticket on your phone to save time (each e-ticket has a different barcode, please make sure you screenshot every ticket for your party).

A member of our Customer Experience Team will scan your E-ticket(s) as you enter the hall. Please ensure you have your ticket on you at all times to gain re-entry if you leave the hall.

Can I forward E-tickets to the other people I am coming to a concert with?

You can take a screenshot of each person’s ticket and forward it to them. Once your ticket has been scanned, it can’t be used by another person. Take care not to send the same E-ticket to multiple people as each barcode only allows one admission.

Can I have a printed ticket?

We encourage all our customers to use E-tickets whenever possible because this offers the best experience. If you need a printed ticket – or don’t have a smartphone – you can call our Box Office and we can arrange for it to be posted for a £1.50 charge.

If you want to have your tickets printed and held at our Box Office for collection when you arrive, you can call Box Office on 0191 443 4661.

I have not received my E-ticket(s), what do I do?

Check your junk/spam folders. The email containing your ticket(s) will be from noreply@sagegateshead.com.

If you can’t find the email, log in to your account to retrieve your E-tickets. If you’re still having issues, call Box Office on 0191 443 4661.

What if I print out more than one copy or photocopy my ticket(s)?

Each ticket contains a barcode that’s valid for one admission. If you attempt to use a barcode that’s already been scanned, you may be denied entry.

I’ve deleted/lost my email with the ticket attachment. What should I do?

Log in to your account on sagegateshead.com within 48 hours of your event and you’ll be able to access your tickets. If you still have issues, call Box Office on 0191 443 4661.
