Bowie: The Man Who Changed the World
July 2019 marks 50 years since David Bowie’s single ‘Space Oddity’ was released, which reached number 5 in the UK Singles Chart and truly began the artist’s astronomical rise to fame.
Here at Sage Gateshead we’ll be marking the occasion with a screening of ‘Bowie: The Man Who Changed the World’ (2016, 92min), with snacks and Ziggy Stardust inspired cocktails served by our talented food and beverage team!
This is a charity event with all proceeds going towards our diverse programme of classes, workshops and support for emerging artists.
