Beginner Saxophone - Next Steps
Ability Level: Beginner (Next Steps)
For those who have previously attended the Beginner Saxophone class, this is the next step in the progression route. Participants should be able to play most notes from the chromatic scale and have some experience of playing pieces that contain as much as 2 sharps or flats in an ensemble situation. This group is for people playing at a beginner level in an ensemble and advancing towards an intermediate level. Current pieces include:
- This is Me – The Greatest Showman
- Viva la Vida – Coldplay
- Don’t Stop Believing – Journey
- Highway to Hell – ACDC
- White Christmas – Bing Crosby
