In this episode we meet food critic and pianist Jay Rayner, to hear his dos and don’ts of serving food with music, jazz vocalist Zara McFarlane on what food and drink she requests backstage, and Sage Gateshead food and beverage manager Dale Henry on who gets to choose the music in his kitchens.
