Together in Harmony Festival
Young musicians from In Harmony Newcastle Gateshead will join children of the West End Schools Trust (WEST) for a day-long festival at Sage Gateshead. WEST is a foundation trust of eight primary schools located in the inner west of the city of Newcastle upon Tyne – In Harmony is being delivered in two of these schools.
The day will include four concerts alongside pop-up performances, all showcasing music, dancing and arts achieved by each school this year. It will conclude on the concourse with a massed sing of the trust’s commission ‘Together’ by children from all eight schools, who will be accompanied by Hawthorn Primary Symphony Orchestra.
