After being personally invited to the US by music legend Marty Stuart, The Wandering Hearts became the first UK band to debut at two of the most prestigious venues in Nashville – The Ryman Auditorium and The Grand Ole Opry. This harmony-laden band return to SummerTyne after winning the coveted Bob Harris Emerging Artist Award at the UK Americana Awards in 2018 and taking their debut album out on a sold-out tour.

2018’s ACM New Female Vocalist of the Year, Lauren Alaina, is one of CMT’s Next Women of Country. The “sassy Southerner with killer pipes” (PARADE) has shared the stage with superstars including Alan Jackson, Carrie Underwood, Luke Bryan and Martina McBride. Lauren recently joined Cole Swindell on the Reason to Drink Tour and is currently on tour with Jason Aldean for this summer’s High Noon Neon Tour.

At 21 years old, rising Irish singer-songwriter Catherine McGrath has already written with some of Nashville’s finest songwriters, supported The Shires and Dan & Shay and performed at Country 2 Country festival at the O2 in London. She performs music from her critically acclaimed debut album, Talk Of This Town, released on Warner Records in 2018.
