Join us for an evening of bands, choirs and ensembles with a wide range of eclectic styles, genres and instrumentation. The performance opens the 3-day Silver Programme Summer Festival and aims to offer something for all! Expect everything from Ukulele bands playing Pop tunes, Steel Pans playing Calypso and even some sea shanties thrown in for good measure!

Silver Programme Music Festival: Day 2
Thursday 4 July, 6pm – 8pm | Northern Rock Foundation Hall
A beautiful array of classical and popular music brought to you by some of our Silver Programme vocal and instrumental ensembles. This performance includes pieces from Silver Plainsong, who will be performing chants from the 12th century, Silver Recorders who play a wide variety of pieces spanning many decades and Silver Breves, who specialise in classical choral pieces, mainly in 4-parts.
