About Samling

Samling Institute for Young Artists – through performance and learning opportunities – nurtures young classical singers and piano accompanists. Its thriving Academy here in the North East attracts the finest 14-21 year old singers annually and its Artist Programme for emerging young professionals is widely acknowledged internationally as being both unique and exceptional.

This season will see the ‘best of the best’ brought together in a series of masterclasses and concerts. Audiences will get the chance to enjoy outstanding performances and see and hear in masterclass great singers, directors, actors, pianists and coaches – people who have ‘made it’ at the highest professional level – and crucially know how to pass on what they have learned to the next generation.
