Magenta Singers
Ability Level: All
The Magenta Singers are a group for people of any age who are living with acquired aphasia, run in association with the NETA Aphasia Support Centre. Acquired Aphasia is often the outcome of a stroke or brain injury, and can result in communication difficulties including speaking, understanding, writing and reading.
This friendly, supportive group sing accompanied repertoire from a wide range of musical genres including pop, blues and folk, with the aim of developing skills and working towards performances. No experience necessary.
