In the lead up to their gig on Saturday 1st February 2020 we asked folk duo Kacy and Clayton to answer some of our questions…

 

What was the first record you bought?

The Band – The Band.

 

Where in the world would you like to play that you have not already?

Brazil or Japan.

 

Who was the first band/artist you ever saw perform live?

The Rolling Stones.

 

What is your idea of perfect happiness?

Leading the life I presently lead, with a little more reading time.

 

Who are your favourite writers?

Ian Frazier and Alice Munro.

 

Who are your favourite painters?

Sandra Knoss, from Rockglen, SK.

 

If you could collaborate with any other artists, living or dead, who would you choose?

Michael Chapman, Bridget St. John, Eric Von Schmidt, Robin Williamson.

 

What are you listening to at the moment?

Cowboy Jack Clement – All I Want To Do In Life.

 

Where’s your favourite place to go on holiday?

Northern Saskatchewan.
