Sage Gateshead is an international music centre with two auditoriums and a rehearsal space all with world class acoustics, a 25 room Music Education Centre, bars, restaurant, café, shop and public space creating a ‘town square’ for anyone to enjoy for free.

We are recruiting 4 experienced and capable musicians who are passionate about nurturing children and young people’s musical, social and personal progression. These musicians will have little to no experience of music facilitation.
Trainees will be supported to develop their musical leadership skills and inclusive practice through paid, on the job training and shadowing opportunities within Sage Gateshead’s Young People’s Programme.
