Room/Date Changes

Sage Gateshead reserves the right to change the room, venue or date of a class ahead of or during the term. Notice of any changes will be communicated to participants in advance. Please ensure you have supplied up to date contact details when booking onto a course so that relevant information can be communicated to you.

On occasion it may be necessary to provide a cover tutor when your regular tutor is unable to teach due to absence through sickness for example. Should a tutor not be available at short notice, we may need to reschedule or cancel a class. Rescheduled classes will normally take place at the end of the term or during the half term break. We will always inform you of changes to your class by email.

Parking

Participants are eligible for a reduced parking rate in our car park at a cost of £2.00 per visit. The car park operated by Sage Gateshead is situated behind the building up the slope, with lift and stair access down to the ground level.

On entering the car park please take a ticket from the entry barrier, this can then be exchanged for a participant, reduced-price, paper exit pass.

A participant paper exit pass can be collected from your class.

Payment for the exit passes must be made at one of the car park payment machines before leaving.

If you do have any issues, please email learning@sagegateshead.com  so we can do our best to help you in advance of your class.
