How To Watch Livestream Concerts

Our livestreams let you bring the concert experience into your home, watching the performance live or on demand for 48 hours after the concert.

Here you’ll find some tips and advice to help you have the best streaming experience.

Booking your Stream Pass

The easiest way to buy your ticket – also called a Stream Pass – is through our website here. Choose the concert you’d like to watch, click ‘Book Now’, and select the Live Stream option.

Ticket Options

You’ll be given three ticket options: Single View, Pair of Viewers and Family Viewers. Pick the one that matches how you’ll be watching and add to your basket. You’ll be asked to log in with your existing account, or if you don’t have one, you’ll be able to create one. Once you’re logged in, you can add your payment details and complete your booking.

You won’t receive a physical ticket for our Livestreamed Concerts, but you’ll be able to see your ticket in the My Account area in My Live Streams & Virtual Classes.

When to Book

Our concerts usually start at 7.30pm (check the event page) so if you want to watch live you’ll need to purchase your Stream Pass before this time. Once the performance has finished, you can watch it again on demand for 48 hours. You can also buy a Stream Pass for 48 hours from the concert starting.

If the concert is cancelled, in line with our Terms and Conditions, you’ll receive a refund or will be offered the opportunity to transfer your ticket to the rescheduled date where appropriate.

Accessing the Livestream

When you’re ready to watch, log in to ‘My Account’, select ‘My Live Streams & Virtual Classes’ and you’ll see your purchases.

We recommend using the Google Chrome web browser.

Watching Live

The Livestream page will go live one hour before the concert begins with a countdown film. We always recommend using this to give your at-home set up a quick test before the concert to make sure you don’t miss any of the performance if you have any technical problems. If you can see images and hear sound, you’re good to go!

Watching On Demand

At midnight after the concert, the stream will be made available ‘On Demand’ for a further 48 hours. Log into My Account > My Live Streams & Virtual Classes and you’ll see the On Demand stream ready for you to watch.

Ways to Watch

For the best at-home concert experience, we recommend watching on the biggest screen you have available. We’ve put together a few tips on how to watch our livestream on different devices you might have at home.

On my TV

You can watch the livestream on your TV using an HDMI (for laptops) or DisplayPort cable (for desktop) – this lets you replicate your display on your TV. Plug your HDMI cable into your laptop and TV’s HDMI port. If you’re prompted to change the INPUT source, select HDMI. If you’re using an Apple device, you may need to use an adapter.

You should now be able to see your laptop screen mirrored on your TV. Log into My Account > My Livestreams and select your concert – make the player full screen and you’re ready to watch.

If you have a Smart TV (a TV that lets you connect to the internet) – select the internet browser, visit and follow the usual steps to log into My Account to start watching.

There are lots of different types of Smart TV, so we recommend contacting the manufacturer for specific support.

Casting with Chromecast or Airplay

If you have a Chromecast or Apple TV, you can cast to your TV using these apps. Make sure your TV is paired with your device and that the Chromecast or AirPlay app is open.

On your mobile device or laptop, head to, log into My Account > My Livestreams & Virtual Classes and select your concert. Click on the ‘Cast’ icon to start casting. For additional information on casting, you can visit the Chromecast quick start guide or Apple support pages.

On a Gaming Console

You can also stream to your TV using a gaming console such as a PS4/5 or Xbox One/ Series X. Open the internet browser on your device and head to and log into My Account > My Livestreams & Virtual Classes to watch.

Technical Support

On the night of the livestream, we start our broadcast on the livestream page at 6.30pm with video and sound so you can check you can see and hear everything. We’ll also be available on Live Support from this time – if you’re having any problems, just click the ‘Support’ icon in the bottom right corner of the livestream page.

To get the best experience:

· Test your set up before the concert starts using the pre-concert broadcast content from 6.30pm (or one hour before the concert).

· Use a stable internet connection of at least 5Mbps download speed. Test your download speed here.

· Optimise your audio experience by using external speakers or high-quality headphones.
