Logging in to your account
How do I log in to my account?
Click ‘My Account‘. This is located at the top of the website in the navigation bar. You will then see an area where you can enter your email address and password.
I can’t remember my password
Click ‘Forgot Password?’ and enter your email address. You will then receive instructions via email which will help you you to reset your password.
I did not receive a password reset email
If you haven’t done so already, please check your spam/junk folder to see if the password reset email was sent there. Otherwise, please email us.
My details aren’t recognised
It may be that you don’t have an online account with us. You can register for a new account here.
Creating an account
How do I create an account?
Click ‘My Account‘. This is located at the top of the website in the navigation bar, then click ‘Register’.
I think I already have an online account
If you have already used your email address to create an online account, you won’t be able to create a new one. Click ‘Forgot Password’ to reset your password.
I have booked via Box Office, but not online, will I still have an online account?
No, you will need to contact us so we can add a web log in to your existing account.
