Sara Colman & Rebecca Nash : Noble Heart
2020 sees vocalist and songwriter Sara Colman and keyboardist Rebecca Nash working towards their fourth recording together. Having met in Birmingham in 2014, the pair worked on Sara’s album What We’re Made Of (Stoney Lane Records, 2018), and continued to collaborate on the release of Rebecca’s subsequent album, Peaceful King (Whirlwind Recordings, 2019) with Colman contributing to three vocal tracks.
They recorded together again in 2019 for Sara’s ten-piece ensemble for Ink on A Pin: A Celebration of Joni Mitchell (to be released later this year.)

For this next project, Sara and Rebecca are exploring the art of the duo, but inviting special guests to join them for the recording. Centred around a song they wrote together called Noble Heart, this collection of new works and arrangements celebrates the joy of musical partnership, of friendship and collaboration.
