Elisabeth Elektra

Elizabeth Elektra

Glasgow-based Elisabeth Elektra delivers poignant, empowering, deeply melodic art-pop anthems. Elektra released her self-produced debut ‘Mercurial’ in May 2020 to widespread critical acclaim, Mojo called it “Giddy electronic pop”, Loud & Quiet described it as “Celestial bangers and atmospheric dreaminess”.

Elektra is a great believer in the power of transformation via art. If you’ve seen her constantly shifting persona and stage craft at festivals like All Tomorrow’s Parties, Kendall Calling, Wickerman and SXSW, or as support for Drab Majesty, Minor Victories and the legendary Human League then you’ll know to expect the unexpected. Elektra has collaborated with Blanck Mass, and her most recent release is on Du Blonde’s label Daemon TV.

Something spectacular, and something different…that’s the best way of describing the music of Elisabeth Elektra. A song writer and producer drawing from the cosmic and the familiar to create pop music that’s as addictive and spine-tingling as the stories we’ve been telling for centuries.
