Wolf Eyes plus Silver Waves and Rachel Lancaster

Northern Rock Foundation Hall

Under 14s must be accompanied by an adult. Please note this is an all standing gig.

Wolf Eyes, like so many purveyors of musical pleasure (The Stooges, MC5, Funkadelic) hail from Michigan. They began in 1996 as a solo project of Nate Young, who was shortly after joined by John Olson and (TUSK 2015 star) Aaron Dilloway. The latter tired of touring, was replaced by Mike Connolly of Hair Police in 2005, until he then gave way to James Baljo on 2013.

Wolf Eyes seem to have pulled the unlikely trick of making harsh noise popular (or as popular as it’ll get), even recording for Sub Pop and Jack White’s Third Man label and by now being old hands at high profile festival slots.
